United Kingdom Formally Recognizes AUIS Degrees
The United Kingdom now recognizes degrees conferred by American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS), according to an official letter issued by Ecctis Limited on March 23, 2023.
The recognition extends to a total of 20 universities in the Kurdistan Region, all of which are now included in an official listing of institutions in Ecctis’s international comparisons database. Currently, AUIS degrees conferred to graduates after 2017 are included in the database.
According to its website, Ecctis Limited is a UK-based organization and official government provider of national agency services in qualifications, skills, and migration.
