Stephen Danilovich is a lecturer in English and Journalism. He holds an M.A. in English & Cultural Studies from McMaster University and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of British Columbia.
Although Stephen’s work experience includes journalism and public relations writing, his academic interests lean towards literary theory and philosophy, exploring the continuums between ethical value and aesthetic value in the study of literature.
Stephen is currently working towards the completion of his Ph.D. dissertation, which seeks to bridge the gaps between ethical criticism and formalist criticism in turn-of-the-century literary scholarship. When he can find the time, he likes to host creative writing workshops for aspiring writers.
