Position Summary: Develop and implement student recruitment programs and activities for AUIS. Handle recruitment and admissions tasks, including travel, presentations, meetings, application review, and related duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for assigned areas, including presentations, interviews, and telemarketing. Travel for recruitment, build networks, and maintain a contact database.
- Budget Management: Establish and track budgets for travel, events, and promotions.
- Supervision: Supervise admissions assistants, ambassadors, and volunteers, ensuring training and task compliance.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate campus visit days and special events, ensuring professional and organized delivery.
- Information Systems Management: Manage admissions systems, coordinate data input and tracking, maintain website and social media content.
- Data Entry and Reports: Ensure accurate data entry, maintain leads/prospects lists, and generate reports for evaluation.
- Tele-Counseling: Coordinate tele-counseling program, supervise student tele-counselors, and ensure professional communication.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience: Previous admissions/marketing experience required
- Skills: Strong communication (ENG, Kurdish; Arabic is a plus), organizational skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, data management, self-motivation, superior computer skills (MS Word, Excel, databases), networking
- Other: Willingness to work cooperatively, ability to travel extensively for recruitment
